Link building is a tedious though oh so important task that needs to be constantly worked on to be able to rank well with search engines. Whilst spending so much time searching for well to do directories I came up with a list of the best free directories available online.
This list is narrowed down, based primarily on their usefulness for SEO purposes. There are of course other free directories that can be very useful specifically for internet marketing purposes. Though I wanted to focuses mainly on a list specialised for SEO.
This list is not comprehensive though it is a good place to start from starting from scratch. These directories should not require reciprocal links. Feel free to email me should you come across any directory which you think is worth a mention!
